My stay at this hotel was frustrating due to major issues with check-in and room allocation, overshadowing the few positive experiences like the time spent at the beach and available amenities. While I appreciated the attempt by the staff to offer compensation for the inconvenience, the level of disorganization and the lack of communication made for a very disappointing vacation overall.
